Our Definition of Success: The Vision of a Community
The community and its people are advancing towards their God-given potential by:

 

 

The Vision of a Community (VOC) is our impact statement at the community level. It represents what we want to happen in each community. It is how we know we are making progress toward our vision in our day-to-day activities.

If we are not careful, the VOC can be considered a parallel goal to projects rather than an integrated result of every FHI intervention. The VOC is not a program. It is the goal. To help integration, three partner groups and objectives guide our planning, implementation and evaluation:
