GREG VESTRI
Greg Vestri brings a depth of knowledge and experience in designing and implementing change management, developing corporate strategy and leading corporations to their next level of effectiveness. Since 1986, Greg has led and managed many large-scale organizational changes for global corporations such as Texas Instruments, Motorola Semiconductor, Abbott Laboratories and Stanley Mechanics Tools.
Prior to his appointment as CEO of Food for the Hungry International (FHI) in June 2006 and CEO of FH Association in January, 2007 Greg served on the board of FHUS for two years. He is co-owner of a health and fitness software business, an Internet Web outsourcing business for musicians and artists, as well as director of a structural technology firm. Greg is an active member of Grace Covenant Church in Austin, Texas. He and his wife, Jean, have five children.
peter Mawditt
Now living near London in the UK, Peter Mawditt spent 22 years in financial services and banking. His experience includes 12 years of working across Asia in a number of operations, project management, change management and general management roles. While in Thailand, Peter met and married Jip, his wife of seven years. In 2005 they were both called from banking careers to lead a coalition of Christian NGOs and Thai churches responding to the Tsunami disaster relief in Southern Thailand. During that year Peter came to know and love the vision, mission and people of FH. After fulfilling the role of interim CEO for Food for the Hungry UK, he helped lead FH through major transition processes, before formally joining FH as Strategy Director in mid 2006.Peter has held the position of CEO for FH Association since October, 2008.
