Greetings from the Staff

Dear Sponsors,

Greetings in the Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

On behalf of FHI/Philippines in Center 026 Towerville, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, I send warmest congratulations to all the staff of this truly Christian Organization - Food for the Hungry (FHI) with the vision "God called and we responded until physical and spiritual hungers ended worldwide."

In these challenging times, FHI's rallying cry is to work until there is no more physical and spiritual hunger! Stated another way, as long as there exists physical and spiritual hunger, we have work to do.  And we know this work continue until Jesus Christ returns.

Astonishingly, God chooses to achieve this vision by calling weak, frail people.  He calls people like Larry Ward, Tetsunao Yamamori, Randy Hoag .... and we Filipino staff.  It reaffirms that we are responding to God's call.

Troops of FHI - we have a job to do.  Our general, God himself, has given us a vision.  He shouts out a rallying cry! He calls us to passionately ...

Go forward until physical and spiritual hungers have ended worldwide.

God bless us all!

Rogel Banares and Pia Castillo
